Grenada is located in the southeastern Caribbean, just north of Trinidad & Tobago and south of St. Vincent & the Grenadines. With direct flights from North America, the UK, and the Caribbean, getting to Grenada is easier than ever.
Arriving in Grenada by Air
From North America, direct service to Grenada is available on American Airlines from Miami and Charlotte; on JetBlue from New York (JFK); on Delta from Atlanta; and on Air Canada from Toronto year-round. WestJet also offers seasonal flights from Toronto.
From the United Kingdom, British Airways operates via St. Lucia (SLU), and Virgin Atlantic flies via Barbados (BGI). Inter-island travel is well-serviced by interCaribbean Airways, Sunrise Airways, and Caribbean Airlines.

Entry Requirements
If you are visiting our islands, you must have a valid passport and return or onward ticket. Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from your arrival into the country. Please remember however, that as mandated by the United States Department of Homeland Security, all US travellers must provide a passport to enter or reenter the US for both vacation and business travel.
A visa is not required for citizens of the US, Canada, UK, British Commonwealth, South Korea, Japan and most Caribbean and European countries. It may be best to familiarize yourself with the complete list of travellers requiring visas and those exempt from visas below.

Departure tax is included in the price of the airline ticket for all passengers leaving Grenada by air. There is no additional departure tax to pay at the airport. For passengers leaving via sea, the departure tax is EC$50 (approximately US$20), payable at the time of departure.
Airports in Grenada
Maurice Bishop International Airport
Located on Point Salines in the parish of St. George's, approximately 5 miles south of the capital. This is Grenada's main international airport, handling all major airline traffic. The airport features duty-free shops, a restaurant and cafeteria, an executive lounge (open 6:30amβ10:30pm daily), and car rental services.
Lauriston Airport, Carriacou
A small inter-island airport on the sister isle of Carriacou, serving regional flights. SVG Air operates daily flights between Grenada and Carriacou (approximately 20 minutes flight time). Limited seating β advance booking recommended.
Airport Tips
Arrive at least 2 hours early for international flights and 1 hour for regional flights. The executive lounge is available to all travelers for a fee.
Ground Transport
Taxis are readily available at the airport. The ride to Grand Anse is approximately 10 minutes, and to St. George's approximately 15 minutes. Rental cars are also available.
Travel by Ferry & Cruise Ships
Inter-Island Ferry
Osprey Lines Limited operates fast ferry service between Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique. The journey takes approximately 90 minutes and departs from The Carenage in St. George's.
Fares: Adults EC$80 (US$31) one way Β· Children (5β12) EC$50 Β· Under 5 EC$10. Cash only. Daily service Monday through Saturday.
